Client projects:
Drinx: Champagne Gallery:
The Drinx Group approached R&B to offer creative for a new business venture, the Champagne Gallery. R&B’s initial presentation brought accolades from all the project stake holders including Clive Kitchen, Drinx Managing Director.
The Champagne Gallery logo, branding elements and a comprehensive Style Guide were developed and adapted for print, advertising, signage, display, packaging and the online store.
The Champagne Gallery website was identified as the main point of sale. R&B was engaged to develop and design the entire site, including usability principles and search engine marketing. In the preliminary stages, R&B’s Information Architecture ensured that key business objectives, user experience, traffic conversion and search engine optimisation were thoughtfully considered.
In creating the world’s best online retail Champagne store, www.champagnegallery.com.au, R&B conducted in depth research into the existing market and developed the luxury brand inline with a web strategy, including extensive search engine marketing and optimisation principles. The site also includes an email marketing system, affiliate program, order management system and is fully content manageable.
Champagne Gallery’s original information architecture and Search Engine optimisation by R&B resulted in a number one ranking for the search term ‘Champagne’ for Google Australia, with over 1000 pages now indexed by the search engine.
After this success, Drinx returned to R&B with plans for an upgrade – this time focused on increasing the sites traffic conversion rate on sales combined with further search engine marketing.
Phase 2 of Champagne Gallery includes a ‘Live Chat’ facility, where users can ask questions and receive answers instantaneously from the store administrator. Additional features such as a refined product search engine and checkout serve to increase the conversion optimisation, and Drinx’s return on investment for the Champagne Gallery site and brand.
