EDEN is a system developed by Intelligent
Pathways to aggregate and consolidate
the environmental data reports for large
organisations. While the technology is robust,
the interface design and user experience
required further consideration to evolve
the product.
We collaborated with Intelligent Pathways' founder and lead architect
at every step along the way, from scenario documentation to template
development and integration with the technical team.
We started by writing user stories
which documented the key interactions for each type of user through various personas and scenarios. Based on these perspectives, we created step
by step breakdowns of all interactions within EDEN for each persona.
We also noted potential edge cases which required consideration in interface planning and development. From here each page element and action was documented through wireframes, which underpinned the interface design. Creating an intuitive user experience was the key objective throughout the process.
