Tim Baker:
Tim Baker has been a prominent figure in the surf industry for many years as a writer and journalist, and came to R&B with a need for a unique website to showcase his work.
The design for the site was based on a surfboard blank carrying his name, which R&B photographed for use in the design, as well as developing a ‘bookshelf’ concept to allow room for future projects to be seamlessly added to the site.
The use of ‘real’ images of Tim surfing in the design increased the personalised feel of the By Tim Baker website, which was one of the goals, along with the functionality to be able to keep readers up to date with blogs and images from Tim’s travels to some of the most exotic surf destinations in the world.
