Brand experience may not always be a tangible part of your brand, but it plays a vital role in your brand’s potential success or failure.

Brand experience is the emotional reaction your audience has with all your brand touch points. Is your product aesthetically pleasing? Is your website completely functional, without any broken links or dead end pages? How long will a client be placed on hold before reaching a customer service representative? All these elements and many more can lead to creating either a positive or negative brand experience for your audience.

Crafting a positive brand experience can be dictated through brand strategy and brand manuals. But primarily it is an internal culture and frame of mind, which must be fostered over time and applied consistently through all brand touch points, and all levels of an organisation in order to grow.
